Our client, a Global Finance Leader with offices in over 6 countries is looking for a highly motivated finance specialist to join their integrated team in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. In an extremely spacious office with a spectacular view, our client is looking to build a team of collaborative and well-established representatives, this could be your chance to gain the exposure in the financial world that you have been looking for.

Description

As an Account Specialist, you will be working closely with both international clients and internal business development teams to ensure you are building a both enriching and quantifying lead base by:

  • Interacting with clients through outbound calls on a daily basis;
  • Assist customers with monetary transfers;
  • Be prompt and efficient in identifying and resolving unique customer and client situations;
  • Understand and embody the company core values, carrying out processes in line with the company standards.
  • Secure future appointment guarantees for the Business Development Team
  • Maintain strong records and adhere to sales process

Profile

The successful applicant will have an innovative approach to learning and understand the value of working with clients and building rapport to gain relationships for further business development opportunities. The skills you will need are:

  • At least 1-2 years experience in a customer service/sales type role in a customer-facing, phone-based experience is preferred, but not essential.
  • Possess active listening and communication skills in communication across both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Capable interpersonal relationship skills with a strong ability to build quick rapport with a positive attitude
  • Possess quick thinking and strong problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate a strong interest and passion for financial markets
