Our client is a large Multinational brand servicing both Australia & New Zealand customers. They are seeking passionate, confident and professional Team Leader to manage and develop their growing Night Shift team.

What we are looking for:

• Previous team leader experience in a call centre
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong work ethic
• Intermediate computer skills and data entry skills.
• Strong problem solving skills

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing call queues
• Managing escalation calls/issues
• Ensuring SLAs are meet
• Managing Call metrics
• Staff management
