An opportunity has become available for a Manager - Retail Resource Planning to come in and lead this fast paced, high touch function. The role reports to the General Manager - Customer Management and supports a number of key customer focused business units across the whole retail business comprising of Red Energy and Lumo Energy. In addition to your resource planning expertise and people leadership experience, you’ll be a natural at building and managing stakeholder relationships that deliver favourable commercial terms and service levels to meet the needs of the Retail business.

The role will see you manage the forecasting and resource planning for an onshore and offshore model that both share the same aim of continuing to deliver award winning customer service to our over one million customers. You understand that delivering in your role directly impacts one of our key business differentiators - an exceptional customer experience. You also understand that your internal customers will rely on you to become a part of their team that they can't do without.

You’ll probably be known amongst your peers as a statistics and reporting pro and nothing data related stumps you. We will be relying on the successful individual to provide meaningful reporting to the business and use data to make recommendations for improvement.
