The company
A high growth Australian organisation, bringing all the teams together in new offices located in Macquarie Park in early September.  

The role
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible managing your own day, handling incoming job orders related to facilities management, allocating work to tradespeople and ensuring service is delivered.  Specifically, the role involves:
  • handling incoming calls from customers in the field, asking all the relevant questions to ensure you have a complete understanding of the problem to be solved.
  • entering all relevant information into a CRM and allocating the job to a tradesperson.
  • ensuring trades staff can access the site as quickly as possible and resolve the issue which could be related to building, electrical and plumbing faults.
  • communicating with a wide range of clients from senior leadership to tradespeople.
The candidate
In order to be successful in your application, you will have:
  • solid and recent experience as a Customer Service Coordinator, ideally in a facilities management, strata management or property management.
  • great written and verbal communication skills.
  • a demonstrated ability to listen, analyse problems and ask probing questions to uncover the issue in order that you can solve the problem.
