About the business

World Diesel has been keeping WA's trucks and trailers on the move since 2004. We provide service and repairs for clients ranging from owner operators to large fleets and government contracts, along with 24-hour roadside assistance. We are also an authorised and approved DoT vehicle inspection station. Our clients come to us because they know they can rely on our professional service and tailored approach.

Role and Responsibilities

·        Be first point of contact for our customers and manage their needs to ensure their vehicle is repaired and delivered within the agreed scheduled time

·        Answer incoming phone enquiries and advise of service needs with an ability to sell our services and products

·        Document customer needs accurately on Autosoft and define the scope and type of work required

·        Book appointments according to customer needs and workshop utilisation capacity

·        Liaise with service technicians and follow up on customer vehicles during the course of the day

·        Maintain client database and vehicle master files

·        Other duties as required

Skills and Experience

·        1-2 years experience in a Service Advisor or similar role, ideally within a workshop, trade or manufacturing environment

·        Experience in Autosoft or similar management software packages

·        Highly organised with attention to detail

·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written

·        Team player with a can-do and positive attitude

·        Friendly and positive personality

·        Professional personal presentation
