Summary of essential position functions:
- Managing a Portfolio of accounts
- Inbound and outbound calls.
- Locating customers using internal and external data bases.
- Complying with all current Legislation, Client Procedure guides and Advance Policy and Procedures
Abilities/Skills/Competencies of the position:
- Basic knowledge and understanding of The National Consumer Credit Code (NCCP), The Debt Collection Guidelines; The Privacy Act
- Written and Verbal communication skills
- Ability to work confidentially, with tact and discretion
- Time management/problem solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Finance/Banking Industry
Minimum experience and educational requirements:
- Basic level of MS Office Suite and Excel software
- 1-5 years' experience in Customer Service phone based role
