Your new company
Local Government organisation is seeking experienced customer service individuals to work in their Melbourne CBD location. Due to the continually busy environment, positions have arisen for experienced customer service professionals to join their evolving team.
Your new role
You will have the chance to work in a fast paced environment as a highly valued member of the customer service team. The role entails extensive off- and on-site training, including learning about customer service, Law and Legislation and more. Full time positions available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous customer service experience is absolutely essential to be considered for the role
- Experience working in a previous Government job is particulary desired
- Excellent attention to detail
- Have exceptional communication skills, and be an active listener
- Be professional in your appearance
- Able to use various computer systems and fast typing skills
