Revenue NSW is a division within the NSW Department of Finance, Services and Innovation. As NSW's principal revenue agency, Revenue NSW administers State taxation and revenue, manages fines and administers grants and subsidies for the people of NSW.

What skills, background and experience do I need to be considered for this opportunity?
 
  • Experience in coaching, guiding and developing staff to deliver superior customer service and achieve performance outcomes in a multi-channel environment
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyse and implement continuous improvement opportunities to improve quality outcomes for customers.
  • Demonstrated ability in interpreting and applying legislation, developing and maintaining policies and procedures in a high volume environment.
  • Ability to resolve escalated and complex customer enquiries
  • Ability to work collaboratively to develop productive internal and external working relationships and processes to achieve business outcomes
You will need a strong commitment to achieving results, exceptional customer service skills and strong attention to detail.  You will need to show tenacity and resilience and have a determination to continually develop and contribute to improving the business.

Grade 5/6 maximum salary package up to $102,002  Package includes salary ($83,403 ? $92,025),  employer?s contribution to superannuation, commensurate with skills and experience.
