The position exists within our Western Suburbs Branch for a Client Service manager.
The successful applicant will ultimately be responsible for the day to day operations of an extensive property portfolio in conjunction with the Relationship Manager.
The role involves liaising, supporting, advising and working with Body Corporate members and committees.
Your day to day duties will include but not limited to:
· Supporting a portfolio of clients
· Meeting attendance with the Relationship Manager
· Liaising with clients
· Maintaining office systems
· Building relationships with customers and staff
· Maintaining and updating knowledge to ensure correct advice is provided to clients
The applicant must possess:
· Motivation and willingness to learn
· Ideally have worked in a customer service role
- Providing high levels of customer service
· Professional appearance
· Genuine interest in Customer service excellence
- Genuine interest in the ever growing property sector
· Friendly and sociable
· Willingness to visit properties on an ad hoc
basis
· Ambition to retain clients

· Great face to face communication and telephone
