Account Management - Financial Services

• Granville location
• Mon-Fri, 8:30am – 4:30pm
• Achievable targets, generous commissions ($60k base + super and up to $20k commissions)
• Varied role!

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic account management professional. Our client is a profitable credit union undergoing substantial growth. As a result, they are looking for someone to join their small, closely-knit team in Granville.
What will I be doing?
The role will mainly involve engaging with existing customers, to identify and deliver account growth opportunities. While this is a cross-selling and up-selling type role, you'll still need to have experience closing sales. Our client’s customer base is very loyal and friendly, so someone who can communicate on a warm and consultative level will go from strength to strength in this role. 
It’s a small, family-oriented team, so someone who is flexible and willing to support other team members when required is an absolute must. You’ll also be acting as a support to the key Business Development Managers, assisting them on site and conference visits, making business-critical networking connections and building those connections into your sales pipeline.

• Have experience making outbound calls
• Have phone-based sales experience
• Have experience in finance (not required, but highly regarded)
• Communicate clearly, professionally and with conviction.
