A great opportunity is on offer for an experienced Customer Service officer to work for a global supplier of paints and coatings.
To be successful in this position, you will require the following skills & attributes:
- High level of keying accuracy and speed data entry (7,000 to 8,000 ksph)
- Must have previous experience working in a high volume call centre and customer service environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Effective listening and reading skills
- Team oriented, with ability to work autononously
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to cope with stressful situations
- Available Monday to Friday
- Must be flexible to work between 8am - 5.30pm
- Previous experience using Oracle software (advantage)
