We are currently on the hunt for multiple service consultants to join our client in their collaborative and ambitious inbound team. Located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD our client is proud to be a digital bank.

Your role as a service and sales consultant will see you attending to all inbound enquiries by providing second to none customer services to new and existing account holders whilst identifying opportunities to cross sell and up sell where possible.

About you:
- 1-2 years experience in a target driven customer service role (preferably within a call centre environment)
- A resilient attitude and the desire to be apart of a dynamic team
- A great attitude with a professional and friendly phone manner
- Excellent communication skills and a "think outside the box" mentality
- $58k inc of Superannuation
- In depth training and support

- Permanent position - 5 day rotating roster (with some permanent Saturdays on offer)
- August 6th Start
