What's in it for you?

In addition to working for an innovative global supplier and manufacturer of high-end architectural bathroom products, you will be remunerated with a highly competitive base salary of up to $55,000 + super. You will be given the opportunity to lead from the front and when the need arises, develop a strong sales team with the support of your hands-on and driven Director.



What you will be doing:

You will be the point of contact for all internal enquiries from distributors, trades, Project Managers and Architects. You will provide technical information on the product, updates on lead times and process quotes and orders. You will utilise your high attention to detail and excellent communication skills to ensure tasks are completed in an accurately and in a timely manner.



Who you will be doing it for:

You will be working for a global designer of high-end architectural bathroom fixtures and fittings, committed to manufacturing innovative and quality products. After product and process training you will be given the freedom to manage your role, and eventually build a customer service team with the support of Operations Manager and Business Director.



What you must have to apply for this role:

  • Experience with tapware and bathroom ware
  • High attention to detail with excellent data entry skills
  • The aspirations to grow and lead a team of customer service representatives



You will be highly regarded if you also have:

  • Proven success leading a team in a call centre environment
  • Networks with major retailers and distributors of tapware
