We are seeking customer service professionals who have exceptional communication, problem solving and negotiation skills. 

 

The Organisation

Prushka Fast Debt Recovery has been servicing clients for over 40 years. We are one of Australia's market leaders in debt collection, achieving key commercial outcomes for clients. We are entering an exciting new stage of growth and therefore are looking to expand our team of Account Controllers.

 

The Role

You will be an integral part of the team with primary responsibilities including:

  • Conducting debt recovery calls in the name of Mendelsons Lawyers for a range of Prushka clients 
  • Providing solutions that deliver successful outcomes for both the customer and client
  • Complying with the Privacy Act, ACCC guidelines and Legal Services Commission guidelines
  • Achieving KPI's and individual targets linked to an incentives program

 

You

  • experience in an outbound call centre and/ or debt collection is desirable

This is a 12 month fixed term contract, with the view to extend. Hours are standard business hours Monday to Friday, however there will be the opportunity for flexible rostering between the hours 9am and 7pm several days per week. There is no weekend work.
