This is a highly rewarding but challenging role located in Mount Waverley within the busy Signature Metro Central team.
Please note this is a 14 month Mat Leave role
Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Effectively manage customer expectations by communicating with current Metricon owners/occupiers to ensure they are fully aware of the status of their home during the pre-construction process;
- Respond to any issues a Metricon customer may raise by identifying and providing appropriate and timely resolutions;
- Preparation of correspondence, signing of customer contracts, and arrangement of client specification appointments (Colours & Electrical);
- Ensuring customer quality control through professional communications, maintaining data entry and executing report compilation; and
- Maintain and constantly develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services and processes in order to confidently interact with clients.

The successful candidate will have:
- Extensive experience in customer support within a fast paced environment;
- Experience within the building and construction industry is a MUST;
- The capacity to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines;
- The ability to implement a professional and passionate approach, providing the highest quality of customer service and satisfaction to Metricon customers;
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook computer skills and exposure working with database systems; and
- High level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks undertaken.
