The opportunity
 
The role of Customer Service Officer is a great place to start your career with BASF. In this role, you will support our customers through the order, delivery and invoicing process. You will be part of a dedicated team, looking after customer enquiries via the phone & email as well as confirming orders, troubleshooting and resolving issues. This is an end to end customer service role and will be fast paced, requiring attention to detail utilising our SAP system.

The role will require you to manage multiple priorities and will utilise your excellent communication skills when dealing with customers. We will support you with ongoing development and the opportunity to progress your career in the world’s leading chemical company.
