  • 100% inbound customer service & absolutely no sales!
  • Great base hourly rate of $27.55 plus additional weekend and shift penalties
  • Role commencing on the 6th of August

Our Customer Service Advisors take inbound enquires on behalf of an iconic global technology brand from a wide range of customers across the Asia pacific region, offering guidance and customer support to their smart devices and services.

Your proven customer service skills and desire to enhance your problem solving and analytical abilities will see you thrive in this vibrant contact centre environment.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Outstanding customer service delivery
  • A keen interest in the latest technology
  • The ability to identify, analyse and resolve customer enquiries
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven customer service experience

Your Teleperformance career will start with 4 weeks of in-depth training (paid) which will enhance your current customer service skills and give you the technical knowledge to support customer enquiries.

Our operating hours are Monday - Sunday from 9am to 12 midnight, however you can select your preference between the span of 9-9 or 12-12 for your rotating roster. We also offer onsite parking and secure building access.
