Your new role
As an inbound customer service representative you’ll be providing excellent customer service to retail customers. Day-to-day you’ll:

  • Assist with everyday banking inquiries including credit card queries, account queries, transactions and internet banking.
  • Receive a high volume of calls, accurately update contact details and escalate complex issues where necessary.
  • Provide exceptional service at every opportunity by building relationships and rapport with your customer.
  • Add value by providing information on products and services that will help them to reach their financial goals


What you'll need to succeed

  • The successful candidate will have experience in a customer service role and understand how to effectively manage a busy workload, having worked in a fast pace environment previously.
  • You will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to cope under pressure.
  • You will ideally have experience working in a call centre, retail or hospitality environment and pride yourself on delivering an exceptional service.

  • This is a temporary to permanent opportunity where you will be working full time on a rotating roster, Monday to Sunday, 8am - 9pm, $27.55 plus super, plus loadings.
