ABOUT THE ROLE
- Providing exceptional customer service to service customers
- Unsupervised day to day office operations to be run by you!
- Estimation and telephone service
- Providing accurate invoice explanation and reports to service customers
- Follow-up service times to ensure vehicles are completed on time
- 7am-5pm work day
- Reporting back to the Group Service Manager
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Technical Experience
- Ability to communicate professionally with wide range of customers
- High level of customer relation building and sales skills
- Professional presentation
- Computer literate
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- NSW Driver's licence
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- Trade Licence
- Experience in an Automotive Workshop Service Operation
