About the job
- First point of contact for our customers building relationships and providing support
- Empathetic, high-quality customer service to meet and exceed expectations
- Fast pace and collegiate environment interacting with a high number of calls regularly
- Professionalism timely support with effective communication
- Work collaboratively with a team and business focus
- Available to work 2-5 shifts from Monday – Sunday between the hours of 7am-9pm (MUST be available Mondays & Tuesdays)
- Available for one week training Monday to Friday, commencing in August
About you
- Highest level of customer service and attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Must have basic computer skills across Microsoft Suites and Google.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment that requires initiative, proactivity and multitasking
- Committed, supportive and positive about achieving team goals
- Innovative thinking and problem solver in a fast-paced environment with ongoing development and growth
