The Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an Administrator within our Member Administration-Events team, in a fixed term role until early March 2019.  

 

Reporting to Team Leader- Member Administration, Events, this role is responsible for processing back office payments and transactions, providing customer service, advice and information via email and phone to deliver the highest standards of service to CPA Australia members, internal stakeholders and external customers.

 

Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Timely and accurate data entry of applications, processing registrations for a broad range of events (conferences, seminars, workshops, etc) and professional development courses.
  • Processing offline payments for professional development courses, events, membership, assessments and enrolments including refunds
  • Providing accurate and concise written responses to requests, queries and issues
  • Daily management of inboxes, CRM case queues and mail
  • Contributing to data integrity and process improvement

 

This is a varied role and offers a great opportunity for someone seeking to progress their career in a customer focussed environment, with a strong finance component.  We require someone with excellent customer service and communication skills, influencing abilities and a team player.

Skills and Experience

As the successful candidate, you will ideally have:

  • Experience providing exceptional customer service to external clients and stakeholders within a corporate environment
  • The ability to perform high volume, repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Computer literacy across a range of MS software.
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to manage competing priorities
  • Occasional interstate travel during pre-event registrations will be required.
