Your new company
This client is a beverage and food company based in Australia and New Zealand. With strong brand presence and excellent market, they require Customer Service professionals to join their successful and vibrant team as part of their continual growth.
Your new role
The focus of your new role will be a mixture of customer service and administration. You will be answering inbound calls, managing and resolving customer queries, accurately key in orders, provide service solutions across inbound and back of house, take on complex tasks and methodically work through solutions and effectively listen, build rapport and deliver a great service.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will have strong administration and customer service experience
- You will have excellent problem solving skills, ability to adhere to centre operations, achieve centre targets and be able to actively contribute to the Customer Service Centre’s collaborative team environment
- You will be asked to complete a pre data entry test as keying efficiency and accuracy will be crucial for your success in this role
What you'll get in return
- You will be rewarded with a competitive base salary and penalty rates for overtime and weekend work.
- You will work on a 7 day roster between the hours of 8am - 6pm.
- You will receive 2 weeks full time training.
- This is a temporary ongoing role and they're looking for someone who has a long term commitment.
- Flexibility is required for this role as is availability over the Christmas and New Year period.
- Unfortunately due to the ongoing nature of this role, WHV will not be considered for this role.
