Customer Service Agent
DB Marketing is a QLD based business providing specialised Customer Relation Management and data based marketing services to Motor Dealerships throughout Australia.
We provide after sales support, source customer feedback for retention and marketing purposes, book in services and repairs and offer database maintenance/cleaning.
Our highly trained staff are proficient in industry standard software systems, Microsoft office and are determined to meet the dealership expectations.
About the Role
Call Centre Operator – Customer Service Representative
Motor vehicle knowledge is NOT required but an advantage
2 week, full training provided
Casual hourly rate with full time hours or part time, whatever you need.
Located at our Booval office
9 - 5 hours, Monday – Friday. No night work. No weekend work.
Prominently phone based work
No cold calling!
