About the Opportunity

We are looking for outstanding Customer Service Representatives with strong written and verbal communication skills for temporary opportunities. Our clients are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and value individuals who also have a passion for exceeding their customer’s needs in a face paced environment.

About you

You need have proven experience in a customer service environment where you have demonstrated a commitment to providing high quality of customer service, whilst following company policies and procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail. You must be professional and possess a positive attitude and willingness to be an integral part of the team.

Skills & Experience

• Good technical skills, with the ability to grasp new computer systems quickly (required to work across multiple screens to handle any one enquiry), with fast and accurate keyboarding skills
• The ability to work well in a structured, fast paced work environment, adhering to a schedule
• The ability to respond to customer challenges using conflict resolution skills
• Experience in either face to face or phone based customer service environments
• Eligibility for Police Certificate
