The Opportunity
Integrate AV has an exciting opportunity for a senior experienced telemarketer to join our Audio Visual team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and phone manner and have experience in outbound calls, appointment setting and lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to warm and cold leads
- Create and manage small targeted campaigns to attract new customers
- Work with the sales and operations team to achieve targeted business goals
- Meet and exceed agreed performance targets on a monthly and annual basis
- Compile and update data in the relevant CRM software
- Assist in all aspects of obtaining clients for the sales team by prospecting, cultivating and setting appointments
- Overcome objections effectively and in a friendly manner
- Add value to the sales team
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Senior Telemarketer
- Exceptional phone manner
- Positive attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate patience, tact and enthusiasm while communicating with potential clients
- Strong initiative and enthusiasm
- The ability to think outside the box and call leads self-generated
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work as part of a cohesive team
- Proven ability to produce high quality work with meticulous attention to detail
