This is a Customer Service opportunity within a world leading Medical Devices company based in Macquarie Park. This is an opportunity of a life time with more to offer including work-life balance, career progression, generous bonuses and more!
You will be responsible for providing impeccable customer service and sales support to vendors and clients. The typical day-to-day duties include (but are not limited to):
- Customer Service and customers and clients
- Order processing using large CRM system
- Coordination with warehouse, couriers and internal stakeholders
- Reporting and inventory management
- ADHOC duties
Your talent
We are seeking Sydney's top talent within Customer Service. Sales support and order processing.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Previous order processing experience
- Experience within the Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry
- Enjoy fast paced environments
- Great attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
