This is a highly rewarding but challenging role located in Mount Waverley within the busy Home Solution team.

Reporting to the Customer Support Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing customer expectations by ensuring customers are fully aware of the status of their home during the pre-construction process;
  • Preparation of correspondence and signing of customer contracts;
  • Maintaining data entry and report compilation; and
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services and processes to deal confidently with customers.

The successful candidate will have:
  • Extensive experience in customer support within a fast paced environment;
  • Experience within the building and construction industry is a must have;
  • The capacity to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines;
  • The ability to implement a professional and passionate approach, providing the highest quality of customer service and satisfaction to Metricon customers;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook computer skills and exposure working with database systems; and
  • High level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks undertaken.
