Our client is a renowned tertiary educational institution who is currently seeking a friendly candidate who will be employed as an Usher for commuters travelling to and from the Western Sydney campus. Ideally we require individuals with people skills who are perhaps looking to reduce their working hours and work in a great team culture.

This position requires individuals with strong customer service values, can handle some high pressure and some low volume days with varying influxes of crowds in an outdoor environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Would be directing people using the transport service working from the central Bus Shelter.

• Willing to work Monday to Friday with the flexibility to work two different short shift times (3 hours in the morning & 5 hours in the afternoon) with a 3 hour break in between shifts.

• Be friendly, well-spoken and be able to communicate accurate information to commuters travelling to and from the campus.

• Enjoy working in an outdoor environment

• Direct and Guide Commuters to the correct bus stops and around the Campus

• Monitors students on boarding buses for unruly behaviour and advises individuals about health & safety precautions if needed.
