Professional and effective customer service is the pivotal point of our clients success, both client facing and through their customer support line. Which is where they're seeking their newest team member, which could be you!
Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Tending to inbound and outbound calls
- Tending to enquiries
- Handle and managing complaints
- Scheduling and roster of customer facing staff
- Administration
- Service scheduling
Profile
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- A polished and professional presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service
- Previous experience in the automotive industry
