About The Role
In this role you will perform a range of service, data entry and administrative duties in support of the overall customer service goals. This will include handling inbound telephone calls, emails and letters as well as making outbound calls to Oxfam Supporters. You will work collaboratively with team members to ensure achievement of agreed outcomes.
A little about you (the key selection criteria)
- Previous inbound/outbound call centre experience and excellent phone manners
- Well-developed customer service skills including the capacity to deal with difficult customers in a professional manner, preferably gained through inbound/outbound call centre work
- Excellent all round communication skills, both verbal and written
- Time management and personal organisational skills
- High level of experience in using computer databases, MS Office and e-mail
- Experience in a broad range of office administrative tasks
