Due to internal movements as a result of the career opportunities offered to our long term staff we are now seeking additional customer service Contact Centre specialists to join our team. These unique brilliant full time roles will see you managing inbound calls from a diverse range of customers on matters relating to billing and general account enquiries in a high volume environment. The role will provide information, solve problems and resolve complaints in a structured, customer focussed contact centre environment.

What we are looking for:
  • A genuine passion for customer service and the ability to resolve customer queries and complaints
  • A level of resilience and a flexible and adaptable approach to your work and role tasks
  • Previous contact / call centre experience is desirable
  • Exceptional communication skills (oral and written) including strong spelling and grammar
  • Desire to participate as a positive member of our team
  • High levels of motivation and accountability with the ability to achieve personal and business goals
  • A strong learning orientation
  • Commitment to work within and share our organisational values
  • Strong PC skills including experience in working with multiple systems
  • Must have solid keyboard/typing skills 

We are currently seeking applicants dedicated to full time work. We will offer rotating shifts Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm. All staff must be flexible with working rotating rosters during this span of hours.

You must be available for full time training normally between 8am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday from Monday 3 September 2018.

Please note, due to the comprehensive training and consolidation period required we will not be in a position to accommodate any annual leave during the first 6 months of employment. Staff will not be required to work on public holidays however full availability is expected at all other times.
