We're expanding our internal customer service team for the Afterpay brand, and we are looking for multiple superstar customer service people to join us on a 6 month fixed-term basis.
So here's what we're looking for:
- A superstar Customer Service Rep to provide exceptional service to our Afterpay merchants
- We need a people person; someone who can empathise with our customers and talk to them as a friend
- Someone who solves problems, and solves them quickly (always keeping in mind a win-win scenario)
- A team player; you'll need to work with our Technical Analysts and more Senior Reps to identify and solve issues, so we don't want any lone wolves
- Enthusiasm; you love Afterpay and want to see our partners succeed!
We're looking for someone who will:
- Represent the Afterpay brand with professionalism
- Be curious and show initiative; we need people who try to find solutions on their own first
- That means you should have up to two years of experience in a service desk/call-centre environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to enter data accurately
- You know your way around a computer (and you can help others who don't)
- Strong time management; you know how to get things done.
