Customer Service Officer - (2 Days)
We are currently seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our Inbound Call Centre / Administration team on a Part Time Basis . This role offers a variety of duties combining both inbound call centre and specialised administrative tasks.
Selection Criteria:
• Proven customer service and call centre experience
• Availability to work Tuesday and Thursday, 8 hours per day (occasional extra days covering leave relief - annual and sick)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing work conditions
• Strong conflict resolution experience
• An ability to learn new computer programs quickly
• Ability to interpret and apply procedure
• Maintain a high degree of sensitivity and confidentiality
• Strong administration skills
• High level of accuracy in data entry
• Knowledge and experience in accounts payable and billing
