  • Provide a professional and friendly point of contact at the Reception Desk.
  • To seamlessly receiving client’s concerns and resole or directing those concerns towards resolution
  • Act as first point of contact for all incoming phone queries, managing requests and room bookings and general greeting of guests. 
  • Manage security access requests and carry out planned inspection as required
  • Participate in incident reporting and partner with Facilities Manager on daily duties.
Here are some of the strengths you’ll have to help us deliver 
  • Experience in a similar role or busy reception role
  • Strong customer service skills and able to remain calm at all times
  • Ability to multi task.
  • Strong organisational skills and systems knowledge.
