One of our major partners have an exciting opportunity for a Relationship Manager in the commercial banking industry located in Sydney CBD.

About the role

Your role as a Relationship Manager is to attract, retain and grow customer value. Your role is responsible for managing a portfolio of existing business through provision of total financial care management. You will actively refer customers to appropriate segments, ensuring the needs of the customer and business are consistently met.

Key role responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of commercial customers
• Identify, assessing and acting on business opportunities
• Ensuring that high customer satisfaction levels are constantly maintained
• Actively seeking and capitalising on new opportunities for business growth
• Fulfilling customer total financial needs by identifying sales and referral opportunities
• Effectively handling customer follow ups, compliments, issues and complaints to resolve concerns

• Strong customer focus
• Extensive credit understanding
• Strong systems and PC experience and knowledge
