An independent, reputable & renowned Wealth Advisory firm based in the Melbourne CBD.  They are professional, discrete and hold a focus on a core group of clients that value their services and advice.  This firm provides a multidisciplinary approach to assisting clients achieve their lifestyle and financials objectives.  You will be joining a dedicated and energetic financial planning firm that prides itself on people development.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be working with a highly experienced Financial Planning team and providing a consistent level of professional technical support and assist in the creation of high-quality SOAs.  This is a hands on role and you will be an integral part of a great team.  You will be an experienced CSO able to provide high end support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the advice process.  

DUTIES

• Respond to client calls and emails in a timely manner 
• Assist in preparing RoA and SoA's
• Prepare Investment Reports for client reviews
• Manage client data on programmes such as Praemium, Xplan, Class Mircrosoft Outlook

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• At least 4-5 years of experience as a CSO
• RG 146 Qualification
• X-Plan experience is desirable
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously 
• High attention to detail is critical
