Horton International Executive Search has been engaged by a rapidly growing financial services sector client to appoint an Investor Sales Manager.

Your strengths as the Investor Sales Manager, will be to effectively lead, mentor and motivate a sales team in promoting all of the Investment Fund options offered by the client, responding to investment enquiries from Investors, Financial Planners and Authorised Representatives.

A priority is to develop and maintain a rapport with investors, provide excellence in customer service, establish credibility and trust and provide superior account management for high value, sophisticated investors.

You will be passionate about leadership and the development and success of your team, sharing your knowledge in sales, bringing fresh ideas, guidance and support.

What you will need to succeed

  • 5 years’ experience in a managerial role within a Financial Services, or Retail Branch environment, with a focus on marketing and sales, and a knowledge of investment markets and products
  • Direction and leadership capabilities to drive the sales agenda and mentor and train team members
  • Customer focussed, a strong administrator with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • A priority is to inspire confidence and elevate performance within your team, upholding the culture and professional standards of the client
  • A proficiency in sales systems and techniques to promote an efficient operating environment for your team
