The role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will join a small team with a focus on unit pricing and NAV creation as well as all aspects of trade management.  You will be responsible liaising and checking proces provided by the Custodian
  
• Team responsibilities:
-       Checking NAV calculations with comparison to benchmarks and investigate differences
-       Monitioring trades
-       Liaising with Clients, Fund Managers, Brokers and Custodians
-       Portfolio reconciliations to ensure correct liquidity and security positions
• Internal project work:
-       Raise projects to automate manual processing
-       Involvement in project planning, execution, completion
• Maintain and update internal Procedure Documentation
• Manage Incident Reports and internal reportable issues:
-       Maintain Company Issues Register
-       Review issues raised for pattern, control issue and work to resolve
• Transition Management:
-       Attend new client transition meetings
-       Manage client expectations through onboarding process
-       Set up Client on Administration system
  
The successful Applicant
This role has a high touch point with external custodians, investment managers and financial institutions which requires you to be highly articulate and impeccably presented.  You are required to have a high attention to detail and enjoy working in a close knit team.  In addition you will:
  
• Be degree qualified, prefferably in accounting
• Have 3 + years experience in a relevant role
• Possess a strong aptitude for numbers and accuracy
• Strong systems skills
