We are a holistic financial planning practice that provides strategic advice to a variety of clients and are located in South Perth.
About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a "switched on" and industry experienced individual who can provide key support as a Client Review Co-ordinator to our team of Financial Planners located in South Perth.
The role requires an organised person who can work with advisers to prepare, process and maintain our Client Review process including Fee Disclosure Statements and Opt-In Authorities.

Skills and experience
This role would suit a person who seeks a long term career path, has a minimum of 2 years experience within the financial planning industry and has completed or is currently completing RG146 accreditation.
The successful candidate will
- have a strong commitment to detail;
- be able to self-manage and multitask;
- have great verbal and written communication skills;
- and be able to demonstrate initiative and a 'can do' work ethic
- be proficient in using Microsoft Office (word, excel and outlook) XPlan (or similar industry software) and be comfortable with using and accessing cloud based software.
