This position is performanced monitoring of the Credit processes and improvements and their functions from collections/arreas management, hardship/legal matters through to managing the assett for recovery.
Generally, this role collates information about the performance of each function in terms of statistical data, and feeds this to the business managers & functional leaders to enable the development of response and action plans, to build collection campaigns, and highlight the identification of areas of non-performance.

Knowledge in the appropriate legislation and compliance for the industry with management and degree qualifications are desirable.
