Investment Operations Analyst, Sydney CBD, $70k-$85k package + bonus. Custody/fund background, 2+ years' exp.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the reconciliations of client accounts to custodian data both daily and monthly. This role will see you processing equity and FX trades and responding to enquiries in a timely manner. You will be responsible for completing RFP questionnaires as well as updating and maintaining strategy data. Sitting within the Investment operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the firm and clients, and assisting with the settlements and trade processing procedures. You will implement changes and process improvements as well as reviewing unit pricing information. You will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, custodians, and auditors to resolve any queries and escalations.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have an extensive operational background with proven analytical skills. You will have experience managing multiple workflows so you are able to meet both internal and external deadlines. You will have a relevant tertiary degree and 1-2 years’ experience within an investment operations role. You will have extensive knowledge of the financial markets and come from either a fund or custody background. Ideally, to be successful in this role you will have strong knowledge of Microsoft word and excel.
