Your new company
This Western Sydney based Financial Planning practice are looking to recruit a Client Service Officer to join their friendly, tight-knit team as soon as possible. The company are well-established in the market and have a great brand. You will be joining a team who work very well together and are looking to grow and bring in more support. In this position you will be working closely with the firm's Financial Planners, delivering a premium service to clients through effective and timely financial planning processes and services.
Your new role
As the company's Client Service Officer, your role will revolve around providing full administrative support to the firm's advisers. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Navigating and updating the client database
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance of client files and advice documents
- Liaising with product providers and other third parties
- Preparing quotes and implementing advice documentation
- Providing technical administrative support to the Planners
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful applicant, you will have experience within a Wealth Management firm previously, preferably within a company of a similar size. You will have the Diploma of Financial Planning with a relevant degree preferable. You will have a passion for the delivery of excellent client service and have a solid understanding of the financial advice process. You will have experience using Financial Planning software as well as strong general computer skills. Excellent communication skills are also essential in this role.
