Role: This role involves analysis of competitor, customer & product research enabling you to be the key subject matter expert.  Understanding the competitive market is one aspect, the next is coming up with the ideas to respond to the competitor environment and better satisfy client needs and wants.
You will be taking ownership for assessing and recommending ideas to enhance the fleet channel performance with successful implementation planning and business readiness activities. The following explain key tasks:

• Product Development
• Initiate and participation in projects
• Review trends to identify strategic gaps
• Manage and develop supplier relations
• Review performance of products and create plans to act accordingly

There are a lot of mobility and manufacturer linked initiatives which this role will become the owner, with responsibility to articulate and pitch the innovative new ideas to senior management and help implement approved projects.
 
Requirements: If the following is true about you, we'd love to meet. 

1. University Degree in Business/Finance is preferred
2. Subject matter level knowledge of Fleet Management products
3. Previous project management experience or development of a fleet marketing campaign
4. Understanding of operational processors and profitability drivers
