Our innovative, fun and ever-growing client is looking for proactive and experienced Customer Service candidates with a mortgages background and excellent communication skills to start as soon as possible. 

This funky financial services company is based in Parramatta and they are looking for people to join their Home Loans department - they are people-focused, provide real support for their customer's individual needs and lead with integrity. They are a well established and rapidly growing multi-national company who really look after their staff. 

This role begins as a 6 month fixed term contract with the strong possibility of going permanent; this company loves to keep their great staff for the long term and gives a lot of opportunity to progress. 

Key responsibilities: 
  • Take inbound calls from existing clients with enquiries relating to Home Loans
  • Provide email and written correspondence to customers
  • Demonstrate proactive professional customer service skills in a fast paced environment
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory obligations, business policies and procedures are being upheld at all times
  • To provide excellent service to all who contact
  • Record customer information on an internal system
To be considered for this opportunity you will have: 
  • Previous inbound customer service experience
  • Previous experience in mortgages is desirable 
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Self-managed and self-directed 
  • Drive and energy to do well and achieve
  • Ability to work well as part of a team 
  • Resilience and a learning mind-set
