We are looking for a highly driven Client Relationship Manager within our Operations team!

Our Company provides Invoice Finance solutions, to put an end to recurring cash flow problems. We are specialists in providing Australian businesses with the funding they need to prosper through our range of services including invoice finance, debt factoring, as well as equipment finance.

Cashflow Finance is a subsidiary of CML Group Limited. The CML Group is an ASX listed provider of Debtor Finance and Trade Finance who have experienced 40% year on year growth since inception in 2001. Owing to an exciting growth in our business, there is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced team oriented individual with a proven strong and successful background in the finance industry, to join our Sydney team.

Responsibilities:   

  • Maintain regular communications with a portfolio of clients  
  • Identify and organize services, such as training or processes, that assist the client to make more productive use of the company's product.
  • Develop processes or systems that simplify the commercial arrangements with clients.
  • Verify Invoices and Processing
  • Credit Approvals
  • Risk Management

A successful candidate will have the following proven skills and experiences:

  • Highly Desirable: Experience and understanding of the finance industry, in particular the aspects associated with factoring.
  • Extensive experience in customer service
  • Software experience with various office computer packages - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Team player who will contribute to a positive company culture
