Work ethic and a positive can do attitude is key, flexibility is also crucial as the role will evolve over the year. The ideal candidate will have used XPlan and have worked within Financial Services.

As part of this role you will;

• Help with the preparation of statements of advice
• Be involved in strategy and research
• Review internal documents and templates
• Work on a case by case basis, not one model for all clients
• Be expected to use XPlan
• Arrange and review client appointments
• Assist the senior advisers with client files
• Process documentation, maintain files and database records
• Perform all relevant administration in accordance to Financial Planning

You must have;

• Excellent time management
• Have a passion for Financial Services
• The ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
