Great opportunity to be involved with an experienced management team at a growing time to build, and execute account strategies with existing and potential employers of Chartered Accountants. An essential part of the role will be to develop opportunity pipelines, meet revenue targets and effectively manage strategic relationships.

We are looking for a proactive and driven Account Manager Corporate with experience developing and delivering portfolio and territory plans, strategic account plans, stakeholder coverage and visitation plans. You will be responsible to develop and grow the commercial sales pipeline, achieve performance based KPI’s and financial results to maintain and grow revenue-generating relationships with new and existing clients. Strong understanding of Australian Corporates and the environment in which they operate will be key to the role.

Based in Sydney, this role will focus on consistently delivering member satisfaction, business development growth and strategic solution sales results. Experience within Corporate will be highly regarded. You will be able to successfully:

    • Lead and provide strategic direction for nominated and new accounts
    • Identify opportunities to grow revenue-generating relationships with clients
    • Manage and deliver on sales targets by growing client portfolio and account plans
    • Drive market activity via a consistent and effective engagement plan
    • Play a proactive role in the after sales process by managing campaign success
    • Up-sell and cross-sell on key accounts in order to develop new business avenues
    • Participate in external events and social engagements to build our presence in market
    • Single point of contact to mitigate risk and resolve any service issues within account portfolio
    • Collaborate with stakeholders and regional teams to generate innovative ideas to effectively position CA ANZ products and solutions in a competitive market
    • Focus on B2B and B2C engagement with local advisory groups and other committees to increase revenue and manage member satisfaction
    • Communicate product offerings and value proposition to clients in a highly engaging manner

 

About you:

Proven experience in:

  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications
  • Strategy development and execution for desired organizational outcomes
  • Customer insight skills, strong relationship management skills and negotiation skills
  • Highly networked, commercial acumen and respected by members and business community
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills, ability to coach team members to achieve KPI’s
  • Experience working in a customer facing team to deliver consistent brand experience
  • Confident communicator and has excellent interpersonal skills.
