The opportunity

The Tender Administrator is the primary contact and distribution point for a central email box for handling client enquiries and tender requests/submissions in our Government practice in Canberra.  This role provides a high level of administrative support to the organisation in a busy environment so we may better conduct business with our clients and prospects.


Your key responsibilities
You will act as a primary contact and distribution manager for a central email box for client enquiries and tender requests/submissions, working closely with the Federal Government Account Manager. You will support Business Development Account Directors and Client Service Partners by being the central point for coordination of all tender information and administration related to the client accounts. You will manage  our central Government procurement mailbox, handle the distribution of Tender documentation, and manage the tender administration Database. You will scan the market for potential opportunities and distribute internally, tracking qualification decisions and liasing with pursuit teams as and when required. You will manage communication with clients as it relates to tender questions, addendums, and other information, ensuring critial information is communicated to the relevant internal teams.. You will monitor for action points such as industry briefings, Q&A forums, and internal qualifcation calls.

To qualify for the role you must have
  • Australian citizen, capable of securing a Baseline Australian Government security clearance
  • Approximately 1-2 years of tender administration or pursuit management
  • Previous experience working within or with Government
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal, oral and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • MS Office Suite intermediate skills
