An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and motivated Private Client Adviser to join our team!
The Role
The Private Client Adviser (PCA) is an essential element of the Shadforth Financial Group (SFG) service delivery strategy. You will be primarily responsible for managing the advice needs of existing clients, the conversion of prospective clients and the introduction of new clients to the business. You will demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and always act in the client’s best interests.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Providing advice and being accountable for the associated work required including the preparation and delivery of Statements of Advice
- Providing advice led client service
- Developing new client relationships
- Developing new referrals
- Supervising and training staff
- Developing and maintaining technical and industry knowledge
- Ensuring compliance with all obligations required, including legal requirements
Requirements for the role:
- History as a seasoned and successful Adviser
- Outstanding ability to communicate and influence a variety of stakeholders
- A passion for successfully developing and maintaining effective relationships
- History of exceeding performance expectations
- Ability to prioritise your work to meet tight and competing deadlines
- Desire and willingness to collaborate with others to achieve team success
- Expert level of financial services knowledge especially in superannuation and insurance related areas
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- RG 146 Compliant
- Appropriate product accreditations
