We are currently seeking highly motivated and professional individual to join our Compliance team as a Compliance Monitoring and Assurance Specialist.

As Compliance Monitoring and Assurance Specialist you will be responsible for monitoring compliance within the organisation, providing compliance program support, undertaking analysis and reporting and assisting the organisation embed a positive risk culture.  

This role is responsible for:

• Compliance monitoring and assurance;
• Compliance program, management, development and improvement;
• Compliance analysis and reporting;
• Embedding risk and compliance culture; and
• Providing advice and support to the group on compliance risks.

The Successful Candidate will have:

• Strong Communication skills – both verbal and written;
• High attention to detail and time management skills;
• The ability to work in a structured, high volume environment;
• Be a team player who is flexible and enjoys variety in their role; and
• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
